The Danau Sunter area, North Jakarta has been closed temporarily during emergency public activity restrictions (PPKM Darurat) on Thursday (7/8) to curb the transmission of Covid-19.
Sunter Jaya Urban Village Head, Sahroni Zein said it was done to limit the mobility of residents considering that usually many people are active in Danau Sunter area, ranging from fishing to exercising.

According to him, it was carried out in conjunction with checkpoints at a number of points since July 5 with guarding by joint personnel, including army/police.
